We already knew Tyson Brown was set to oversee Mississippi State’s strength and conditioning program under Mike Leach but now we know the rest of the coaches on hand in Starkville that will be rounding out Brown’s staff.

Chad Traver, Dan Kistler Jr., Alex Watkins, and DeAndre Ward, the only former Mississippi State player on the staff, will all serve as assistant strength and conditioning coaches the program announced on Monday.

“I couldn’t be more excited about the staff we were able to assemble in the weight room,” Brown said in a released statement. “They are all men who will pour themselves into the mental and physical development of the great young men here at Mississippi State. They are all great teachers and better men who will help us establish a strength and conditioning program that prides itself on toughness, discipline and hard work.”

While the strength and conditioning staff may have just been announced by Mississippi State, don’t think for a second that the Bulldogs haven’t already been working hard under Brown’s guidance.

The official Mississippi State Football Twitter account shared the following video to let Hail State fans know that the grind toward next season’s goals have already begun in Starkville.
