Mississippi State hires new strength and conditioning coach from NFL ranks
As new Mississippi State coach Joe Moorhead continues to assemble his coaching staff, he’s looking far and wide for the best fits.
On Monday night, he reached into the NFL ranks to land a new strength and conditioning coach, picking up Anthony Piroli.
According to Bob Carskadon, Piroli was at Mississippi State back in 2014, but has been with the Arizona Cardinals ever since:
Mississippi State football has officially hired Anthony Piroli as its new head strength and conditioning coach. Was at MSU in 2014 and spent the last three seasons with the Arizona Cardinals

Moorhead has been making hires from all over the place, which could bode well for the Bulldogs moving forward.
Having a lot of different ideas in the same room is never a bad thing, as long as Moorhead can control the personalities.
It will be interesting to see how things play out in Starkville, but there will be plenty of new ideas coming together for the Bulldogs next year.
