Mississippi State lost star WR Makai Polk to the 2022 NFL Draft, and now the receiving corps in Starkville is taking another hit.

On Tuesday, Malik Heath took to Twitter to reveal his plans to explore his transfer options ahead of the 2022 campaign:

Heath was a productive receiver for the Bulldogs in 2021, recording 34 catches for 442 yards and 5 touchdowns.

Where Heath ends up next remains to be seen, but it seems his time in Starkville for Mike Leach’s Air Raid offense is coming to an end.

Mississippi State recently added Justin Robinson, a transferring Georgia receiver, to the mix for next year. We’ll see if any additional transfers join the Bulldogs’ offense moving forward.
