Report: Mississippi State OL signee Montravious Richardson heading to community college

One member of Mississippi State’s 2017 recruiting class won’t be making it on campus this fall.

Westover (Albany, Ga.) OT Montravious Richardson is heading to Mississippi Delta Community College, according to Will Sammon of The Clarion-Ledger. Richardson was the last signee MSU was waiting for a final word.

The 6-foot-7, 320-pounder was rated the No. 146 offensive tackle, No. 162 Georgia recruit and No. 1,577 overall prospect in the 2017 class according to the 247Sports Composite. He chose MSU over a scholarship offer from Georgia State.
