Missouri’s offense is rolling early against Kansas State.

After the Wildcats scored on the opening drive, the Tigers answered right back on a beautiful pass from Brady Cook to Luther Burden. Burden beat a pair of Kansas State defensive backs and found himself wide open, and Cook connected with him on a 47-yard touchdown pass to tie the game. Burden’s touchdown was the longest reception of his career.

Cook’s having a solid game early on with 66 yards and a touchdown on 3-for-3 passing. The Tigers are hoping they can keep their offense rolling to try and match Kansas State’s electric offense.

Missouri is looking for a 3-0 start against the Wildcats. Last season, Kansas State dominated the Tigers 40-12, so Missouri is also looking for a revenge win.

Things are looking promising early as Missouri is once again marching down the field looking to take the lead in the first quarter.
