Drew Lock was drafted by the Denver Broncos, but it was clear then-coach Vic Fangio didn’t exactly see eye-to-eye with the former Mizzou star.

Now, the Broncos are heading into a new era with Nathaniel Hackett as head coach, and on Tuesday, they reportedly made a blockbuster trade for Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson.

Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Lock is part of the package going back to the Seahawks in exchange for the Super Bowl-champion quarterback:

Lock’s cannon arm combined with elite deep threat WR DK Metcalf is an intriguing prospect, making it worth the Seahawks’ time to give him a shot to win the starting job this offseason.

We’ll see if Lock can turn his career around with a change of scenery this offseason.
