Missouri has had a fairly solid season outside of its season-opening loss to Wyoming. The Tigers are 4-1 and opened SEC play with a win over South Carolina. They play host to Ole Miss on Saturday.

The Tigers have had a bad run of injuries lately between QB Kelly Bryant suffering a leg injury last week against Troy, and LB Cale Garrett suffered a likely season-ending pectoral injury after he didn’t play in the second half.

“Who needs enemies when you got the Missouri fan base. It is the biggest group of self-loathing losers that I’ve ever encountered,” Moe said, according to Frank Fowler, a producer of SiriusXM SEC Radio, and added that fans have been looking for any excuse they can find to be negative.

On top of those injuries, the Tigers are also dealing with the possibility of the NCAA keeping Missouri’s bowl ban in place for this year.

The Tigers still have plenty of games to control their destiny, NCAA aside, with a road game at Georgia and a home game against Florida seemingly the toughest of the bunch. For Moe, this comes down to perspective. There are plenty of positives for this season, but also some frustrations. It’s all about how you look at them.
