Missouri has now filled out its non-conference schedule through the 2026 season, adding a Sun Belt opponent to the slate.

Troy announced on Friday that the Trojans will travel to Columbia on Nov. 21, 2026. Mizzou also has Arkansas Pine-Bluff (Sept. 5), Kansas (Sept. 12) and Illinois (Sept. 26) on that season’s schedule. The games against the Jayhawks and Illini will be away from Memorial Stadium.

Troy boasts of a 2004 home win over then-No. 19 Missouri as one of the biggest victories in program history. Since then, however, the Tigers are 3-0 against the Trojans, winning 2002, 2005 and 2019 meetings in Columbia.

Current MU head coach Eliah Drinkwitz comes from the Sun Belt conference, guiding App State to a 13-1 record and conference title in 2019. Drinkwitz’s Mountaineers defeated the Trojans 48-13 last season in Troy.
