The Missouri Tigers are in a world of hurt this week. They enter Friday’s season-finale against Arkansas on a 5-game losing streak and also just found out that the NCAA upheld their one-year postseason ban.

Now, coach Barry Odom may be coaching for his job on Friday in Little Rock.

However, his players still believe in him. As you can see in the video below, they all believe he’s the guy to turn the program around:

“I think the foundation is set for us to go out in the future — in the near future — and win a lot of games,” WR Barrett Banister said. “No one here has written this script this way this season, and we’re trying to go salvage what we can out of it, but he is the man to get this thing going.”

The problem is that fans are frustrated with the inconsistency from Odom’s programs. In 2017 and 2018, the Tigers started slow before finishing strong. This year, they flipped that script, starting 5-1 before going on a 5-game losing streak.

Will beating Arkansas on Friday save Odom’s job? Or, will the Tigers move on? We’ll find out soon.
