Missouri fans should be feeling good entering this weekend. Not only are the Tigers on a three-game winning streak, but they’ve entered the College Football Playoff rankings, moving into the No. 25 spot.

Now, Mizzou will look to keep its momentum going in a home contest against No. 9 Georgia. It’s a challenging matchup, but it’s also an opportunity for the Tigers to make a statement and prove that they deserve to be listed among the top teams in the country.

If Missouri can pull off an upset, it will likely be its best win of the season. The Tigers have lost six straight meetings with the Bulldogs, and they trail in the all-time series, 8-1. Their lone victory against Georgia came on the road in 2013.

On Friday, Mizzou released a hype video to get fans even more excited for this week’s game:

Since starting 0-2, Missouri has won five of its past six games under first-year head coach Eli Drinkwitz. It appears to be a sign that the Tigers are trending in the right direction and that the program is moving forward.

Missouri and Georgia are set to kick off at noon ET on Saturday on SEC Network.
