Missouri football players who fought alongside activist groups for 36 hours leading to university president Tim Wolfe’s abrupt resignation on Monday have released official statements on the matter:

Gary Pinkel said Monday that while he is glad the issue is resolved, he stood behind his players 100 percent during the strike and that football became secondary.
