2019 NFL Draft: SEC has as many draft picks as B1G and ACC combined through 3 rounds

The third round of the NFL Draft happened Friday night from Nashville, Tennessee.

Florida’s Jachai Polite started things off at No. 68 overall by the New York Jets. Polite was figured to be a first-round pick once he announced he was leaving Florida early; however, after reportedly having bad interviews during the draft process, his stock dramatically dropped. He ended up as a third-round pick.

All total, six former SEC players were drafted in the third round. Below is a breakdown:
