Four-star offensive lineman D’Antne Demery announced his commitment to Georgia early Wednesday afternoon.

The Brunswick, Ga. lineman had 11 total offers, with eight coming from the SEC. Demery had narrowed it down to the Bulldogs and Crimson Tide going into the decision. From an Alabama perspective, that appeared to be a giveaway that UGA was landing the Peach State product.

Georgia now has 11 commits for 2017, a class which ranks No. 4 nationally and No. 2 in the SEC according to 247Sports. The site, which gives every recruit a numbered score along with a star rating, has Demery ranked fourth among the Bulldogs pledges.
