One of the best high school prospects in the country is set to make multiple visits to SEC programs over the coming months, according to a report.

Per On3’s Hayes Fawcett, 5-star edge Zion Elee will take official visits to Auburn, Texas A&M and South Carolina before finalizing his recruitment. Elee is currently committed to Maryland and has been with the Terps since Dec. 7.

In addition to those SEC schools, On3’s report notes that Elee is expected to officially visit Ohio State, Penn State and Maryland.

Elee is an elite high school prospect, so any visit to an SEC program would represent a significant opportunity to add a strong player to their 2026 class. He’s currently ranked as the No. 4 overall player and the No. 1 edge in the 2026 cycle, per 247Sports Composite rankings.

Of the 3 SEC programs he’s slated to visit, Texas A&M currently has the highest-rated class. The Aggies are ranked No. 2 nationally, per 247Sports Composite rankings, with 8 4-star prospects committed as of publication. Auburn (No. 7) and South Carolina (No. 15) also appear to be on track to building highly-rated classes.

Elee is listed at 6-foot-3, 220 pounds. He attends St. Frances Academy in Baltimore, Maryland.

Here are some highlights from Elee’s high school career so far:
