The Alabama Crimson Tide are throttling the Oklahoma Sooners 21-0.
The Tide have already rolled up 200 total yards through the first quarter, including eight first downs and 3-3 on third down.
In fact, Alabama’s 21 first-quarter points are the most in Orange Bowl history. Georgia previously held the record since 1942 when it scored 19 in the first quarter. Georgia beat TCU that year 40-26.
QB Tua Tagovailoa finished 8-of-8 for 157 yards and one TD in the first quarter.
