Alabama sits atop ESPN analyst Rece Davis’s top-four rankings

Even though ESPN analyst Rece Davis is an Alabama graduate, it’s hard to fault him for having the Crimson Tide atop his rankings following Week 7.
Alabama went to Knoxville and dominated the Volunteers 49-10, maintaining the No. 1 spot in Davis’s rankings:

The Crimson Tide are followed by Big Ten powers Ohio State and Michigan and ACC leader Clemson.
If Alabama takes down No. 6 Texas A&M on Saturday in Tuscaloosa, it’s unlikely the Tide will get jumped by any of the other three squads.
