Early betting line released for Alabama vs. Ohio State national title game

The Alabama Crimson Tide will take on the Ohio State Buckeyes in the College Football Playoff national title on January 11. The game will be played in Miami Gardens, Florida.
No. 1 Alabama dismantled No. 4 Notre Dame 31-14 in the Rose Bowl semifinal game, while No. 3 Ohio State hammered No. 2 Clemson 49-28 Friday night in the Sugar Bowl semifinal game.
Following the game, Circa Sports released the early betting line for the national championship game. Alabama opens as a 7-point favorite over Ohio State.

Ohio State’s defense played very well against Trevor Lawrence and the Clemson offense; however, Alabama’s offense is a completely different animal headlined by the Big 3 of Mac Jones, DeVonta Smith and Najee Harris.
Buckeyes quarterback Justin Fields torched Clemson with 6 touchdown passes in the victory.
