Alabama WR Jerry Jeudy responds to report of injury with positive message
One thing you need to know about rising sophomore Jerry Jeudy — he isn’t going to let a minor setback hold him down.
Coming off a true freshman campaign which he was twice recognized as one of the Alabama Coaches’ Offensive Players of the Week (following the Ole Miss and Auburn games), Jeudy caught 14 passes for 264 yards and two touchdowns in eight appearances in 2017.
The Alabama receiver reportedly just went under the knife to repair a damaged meniscus and instead of feeling down about his misfortune, Jeudy offered up a positive message to any Crimson Tide fans worried about his status moving forward.
The way Jeudy sees it, this is just a bump in the road to the next big thing in his Alabama playing career:

The recovery time from his injury isn’t expected to be long for Jeudy and should not affect his status at all come the fall.
