Arkansas will open the 2020 season at home Sept. 5 against Kent State, the school announced Friday. This game is the second non-conference announcement made by the school this week, as the Razorbacks announced the addition of Notre Dame to the 2020 and 2025 schedules.
The games against Kent State and Notre Dame are the only two non-conference games currently on the books for Arkansas looking ahead to the 2020 season. The Hogs will travel to Notre Dame in 2020 and are scheduled to host the Fighting Irish in 2025.
Following this announcement, the Razorbacks will need to add two more opponents to complete its non-conference slate for 2020.
The scheduled SEC homes games for Arkansas in 2020 are Alabama, LSU, Ole Miss and Tennessee with road games at Auburn, Mississippi State and Missouri. Texas A&M is also on the schedule for 2020, but that game is annually held in Arlington, Texas.
