During Monday’s media portion of Arkansas football practice, an assistant coach was not on the field.
OL coach Brad Davis, who was Sam Pittman’s first official hire this offseason and came over from Mizzou, was absent during the viewing portion.
And, per WholeHogSports.com, Davis could be out for a bit. As we navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic, Davis is sitting out due to a pre-existing condition, per a team spokesperson:
Davis, who was not seen during the portion of Monday’s practice that was open to the media, has a pre-existing condition “that has knocked him out for a bit,” according to team spokesperson Kyle Parkinson.
Davis was Mizzou’s offensive line coach the past 2 seasons and has also spent time at Florida in his career.
