Auburn lands commitment from 4-star 2020 in-state linebacker

The Auburn Tigers had LB Richard Jibunor enter the NCAA transfer portal on Saturday, but they also got some good news in the linebacking corps.

That’s because 4-star OLB Cam Riley, an Alabama native, committed to coach Gus Malzahn and the Tiger program on Saturday evening.

As you can see below, Riley took to Twitter on Saturday to announce that he’d be attending Auburn:

Per the 247Sports composite, Riley is the No. 23 outside linebacker in the class of 2020 and the No. 14 overall recruit from the state of Alabama.

The Tigers now have 11 players in their 2020 recruiting class, which currently ranks No. 15 in the nation and No. 7 in the SEC, per 247Sports.
