It’s clear how much Sean White means to Auburn’s offense.

After missing the first half reportedly due to injury, the sophomore quarterback went 5-of-5 with a touchdown in marching his team down the field to take a 17-13 lead against Vanderbilt.

The Tigers’ sports information department announced briefly before the game that White was sitting out after getting injured against Ole Miss last week, which forced transfer John Franklin III to make his first career start. No. 9 Auburn’s offense failed to find any rhythm with the run-first quarterback but began to hum as usual when White entered the game in the second half.

White completed 2-of-3 passes on the Tigers’ next drive, which resulted in a field goal.
