Auburn reportedly has opener for 2022-23 men’s hoops season scheduled

Auburn is coming off a season in which coach Bruce Pearl led the Tigers to the regular-season SEC championship.
Yes, the Tigers flamed out a bit too early in the SEC and NCAA tournaments for many fans’ liking, but it was still a solid year on The Plains.
Now, the Tigers have reportedly found their first opponent for the upcoming 2022-23 campaign. Per college hoops insider Jon Rothstein, the Tigers will host George Mason in Auburn on Nov. 7 to open the season:

George Mason is led by former Mizzou standout and ex-Tennessee assistant coach Kim English. The Patriots went 14-16 last season and play in the Atlantic 10.
