It’s July and there’s already concern about Greg Robinson’s 2018 outlook.
The former Auburn offensive lineman and No. 2 overall pick was hoping to make an early impression on his new team. But the Cleveland Browns didn’t get to see much of Robinson before he went down.
According to 923 AM The Fan’s Daryl Ruiter, Robinson went down in camp and was carted off the field with an undisclosed injury after getting tangled up with a teammate:

According to The Athletic Cleveland, Hue Jackson said that Robinson was being evaluated for a head injury.
Considering this is Robinson’s third team in as many seasons — he’s entering his fifth year in the league — surely a training camp injury was the last thing he was hoping for. He spent the 2017 season with the Detroit Lions, but was waived in November following an ankle injury.
Robinson had been working as the second-team left tackle during the first week of Browns training camp. The Browns have a Hall of Fame-size hole on the offensive line to fill after the retirement of Joe Thomas.
It doesn’t appear that Robinson got any closer to helping fill that void or living up to his high draft selection.
