Auburn quarterback Bo Nix has already been locked into a NIL deal with Bojangles—fitting, because of his name—but the popular chicken restaurant has another Tiger football player in the fold as of Wednesday.

Running back Tank Bigsby, the reigning SEC freshman of the year after an 834-yard and 5-touchdown season in 2020, took to his Instagram account to announce that he too had entered into a partnership with Bojangles. He shared the news during a brief video showing him trying the chain’s new chicken sandwich that launched earlier in August.

There’s sure to be plenty more NIL deals down the road for Auburn football players, but it’s good to see Bigsby securing the bag, or, in this case, the box, and potentially some of Bojangles’ “legendary” iced tea to go along with it.
