Avery Johnson responds to report naming Alabama point guard Collin Sexton

Like the rest of the SEC coaches who have active players named in the recent Yahoo! Sports report claiming potential NCAA violations, Avery Johnson is not prepared to act just yet in response to the allegations against his player.
The Crimson Tide are set to host the Razorbacks Saturday. Both teams potentially face uncertainty in regards to their NCAA Tournament chances with a loss in the game. Arkansas enters the game with a 19-9 overall record, while Alabama is 17-11 on the season. The two programs are both 8-7 in SEC play.
The Alabama coach provided a brief update when asked about the report and Sexton’s availability for the Tide’s upcoming game against Arkansas, according to Chandler Rome of the Anniston Star:
