Alabama has been recruiting at an elite level lately, skyrocketing up the 2021 recruiting class rankings. But, the class needed a quarterback.

On Monday, the Crimson Tide got their guy, converting a 4-star dual-threat quarterback who had been committed to Texas.

As you can see below, Katy, Texas, native Jalen Milroe announced via Twitter that he was flipping his pledge to Alabama:

Per the 247Sports composite, Milroe is the No. 4 dual-threat quarterback in the class of 2021 and the No. 10 overall recruit from the state of Texas.

The Crimson Tide now have 19 players in their 2021 recruiting class, which currently ranks No. 2 in the nation and No. 1 in the SEC, per 247Sports.
