Bovada releases updated National Championship, Heisman odds for SEC contenders

With the season less than a month away, time is running out to place preseason wagers on the upcoming season. Following an influx of bets following all the offseason talk, Las Vegas sportsbook Bovada has updated its odds for two key wagers: the National Championship and the Heisman Trophy.
The only SEC schools that didn’t make the list were Vanderbilt and Ole Miss — the Rebels are ineligible to win the title this season.
Below the team title odds, seven SEC players are considered among the frontrunners to take home arguably the biggest individual trophy in sports, the Heisman.
