Brandon Murray was one of the up-and-comers for Will Wade’s LSU Tigers in 2021-22, getting better as the year went on.
But, like every other scholarship player in Baton Rouge, Murray hit the NCAA transfer portal when Wade was fired.
Now, Murray has chosen a new school. As you can see below, he took to Twitter on Monday afternoon to reveal he was transferring to play for Georgetown in 2022-23:

Murray appeared in 33 games for the Tigers this past season, starting 32 of them. He averaged 10 points, 3 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.1 steals per contest.
He stepped up when Adam Miller went down before the season. Now, we’ll see if he can become a star at Georgetown.
