Bryan Harsin and the Auburn Tigers are wrapping up their third week of spring practices.
One of the biggest questions hanging over the team this spring is about the quarterback position and who will earn the QB1 spot in Week 1 of the 2022 campaign.
On Saturday, Harsin spoke with reporters following a practice session, saying TJ Finley has gotten the most reps. Additionally, he said Oregon transfer Robby Ashford is getting plenty of work while Texas A&M transfer Zach Calzada is limited with a shoulder issue:
Auburn HC Bryan Harsin on QB Zach Calzada (shoulder): "Zach would be getting more reps, but he's limited — he's not getting as many team reps… He's in the yellow jersey, and it's killing him. He wants to go out and play, and I know he can."

Obviously, the real competition for the starting job will come this summer and fall, but Calzada’s injury is certainly hampering his ability this spring.
Auburn’s A-Day spring game is next Saturday (April 9). We’ll see how Harsin rotates the quarterbacks in that game.
