Cam Newton fumbles on Patriots’ final play in close loss to Bills

The Cam Newton-led New England Patriots have struggled through the first half of the 2020 season. The Pats fell to 2-5 on Sunday, losing to the Buffalo Bills. A late fumble by Newton secured the victory for Buffalo.
New England had the ball down 24-21 with 36 seconds remaining. The Pats were driving deep into Buffalo when Newton fumbled.

Newton was 15-of-25 passing for 174 yards. On the ground, Newton rushed 9 times for 54 yards and a touchdown.
Newton and company will look to bounce back on Nov. 9 against the winless New York Jets.
