Cam Robinson had been on the franchise tag as the 2022 season approached for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The former Alabama star has been a big part of the Jaguars’ offensive line for the past few years, and it seems his time in Jacksonville will continue for at least a few more years.
Per NFL insider Ian Rapoport, the Jaguars and Robinson have agreed to a 3-year contract extension worth $54 million:

Does this new deal tip the Jaguars’ hand ahead of the 2022 NFL Draft? They had been connected to a guy like Evan Neal, another Alabama offensive lineman.
But, perhaps now that Robinson is under contract, the team will draft Aidan Hutchinson or Travon Walker, edge rushers, with the No. 1 overall pick on Thursday night.
