Carson Beck had some incredible moments in Georgia’s loss to Alabama last weekend, but there were plays he wishes he had back. He threw for 439 yards and 3 touchdowns in Tuscaloosa, but he also threw 3 interceptions. One of those was in the final seconds in the end zone as Georgia was trying to come back.
The Bulldogs were back in action at home against Auburn this weekend, and Beck responded like a Heisman Trophy candidate quarterback would do.
He went 23-of-29 for 240 yards and 2 touchdowns in the 31-13 win against the Tigers, and told reporters after the game what it took for him to bounce back.
Georgia QB Carson Beck asked about his three interceptions last week and the process of bouncing back:
"When you throw the ball 50 times, you're bound to make mistakes, whether it's my fault or someone else's fault. I'm always going to take the blame and I'm going to come back…

“When you throw the ball 50 times, you’re bound to make mistakes,” Beck said. “Whether it’s my fault or someone else’s fault, I’m always going to take the blame and I’m going to come back and fix it. Be better next week.”
Those 3 interceptions that he threw are the only interceptions he has thrown the entire season.
Beck will look to lead the Bulldogs to another win next week as they host Mississippi State. After that game, Beck and Georgia will get another opportunity to get a big road win as the Bulldogs travel to Austin to take on the Texas Longhorns.
