Rodney Colton has completed just his freshman season of high school football. The Newnan (Georgia) standout is already being recruited by SEC programs, and the interest is mutual.
On Monday, Colton named a top 6 that features Auburn, Florida, Georgia, LSU and Tennessee. Cincinnati is also in the mix.

On3 lists Colton as a linebacker, while 247Sports describes him as a multi-position ATH prospect. He does not yet have a rating from either service. It’s not yet clear what position Colton will play in college, but he’s turning heads on both sides of the ball.

Like the movement skills from 2026 LB @RodneyColton24. Holds several Power-5 offers, and Tennessee is among the top group of early contenders.
