Would Clemson, Ohio State and Alabama be the top 3 teams in the BCS standings?
What would the BCS standings look like if they were still being used? Someone has figured it out.
BCS Know How has calculated how the BCS standings would have looked this week.
Like the AP and Coaches polls, Clemson would sit at the top of the BCS standings. But unlike the two major polls, which have Ohio State No. 2 and Alabama No. 3, the BCS would have ranked the Crimson Tide second and the Buckeyes third.

Other than flipping Alabama and Ohio State, the top nine of the calculated BCS standings looks identical to the AP and Coaches polls. Oklahoma State would be fourth, Notre Dame fifth and Iowa sixth. Oklahoma would be seventh, followed by Florida and Michigan State.
The only other SEC school in the BCS standings would have been No. 16 LSU.
The BCS standings were used to determine which teams played for the BCS national championship from 1998-2013. They were replaced by the College Football Playoff committee last year.
