College GameDay announces Week 12 destination

College GameDay is headed to one of the darling teams of the 2023 season.

The popular pregame show on Saturday announced that it would travel to James Madison after the team is off to a 10-0 start. It’s the first GameDay visit since 2017. The Dukes will play host to App State, which has been a GameDay favorite in the past.

On Saturday, the team from Harrisonburg, Virginia saw Jordan McCloud throw for a career-high 457 yards and 4 touchdowns as No. 21 James Madison knocked off UConn 44-6 on Saturday. That was the Dukes’ 13th consecutive win dating to last season.

Here’s where GameDay has been throughout the season:
