Dabo Swinney, Clemson drawing concern on social media for Orange Bowl performance vs. Tennessee

Dabo Swinney and Clemson trail Tennessee, 14-3, at halftime of the Orange Bowl.
Cade Klubnik is in his 1st collegiate start, going 16-of-29 with 201 yards and 0 interceptions. However, he’s thrown 0 touchdowns and has been sacked 3 times. That’s made it difficult for him to get into a good rhythm offensively. On top of that, Clemson was just 3-of-10 on 3rd downs and managed 58 yards on 19 carries, an average of 3.1 yards per carry.
Meanwhile, BT Potter has had a night to forget. The Tigers’ 5th-year kicker missed 3 1st-half field goals — for 55, 49, and 42 — while barely sneaking a 31-yarder inside the left upright. On the Tigers’ 1st possession, instead of a field goal attempt from 44 yards, the Tigers opted for a fake on 4th and 4 as Drew Swinney, Dabo Swinney’s son, took the snap but was stopped well short of a 1st down.
On their final drive of the half, Clemson didn’t make matters better, as poor clock management with no timeouts remaining saw the 2nd quarter end with the ball at the Volunteers’ 13.
Defensively, the Tigers have been burned by Squirrel White, who has 6 catches for 82 yards in the 1st half. Bru McCoy pulled in 4 catches for 48 yards and a touchdown.
The Tigers’ offensive line and defensive play, coupled with Potter’s misfires, were the talk of social media:
The pressure on Cade Klubnik has given Klubnik happy feet even when he gets decent protection.

Clemson is gonna get Cade Klubnik killed tonight. That kid has probably been tackled harder tonight than in all of his football career

Cade Klubnik putting on a clinic for any quarterback looking to get their head detached from their body tonight.

Cade Klubnik really isn’t good. He’s getting exposed by a horrible defense.

Cade Klubnik needs to learn to slide or he’s gonna get snapped in half

It's kind of wild how broken Clemson's offense is the past couple of years. This VOLS defense is really, really bad.

#clemson stinks. Sorry. The o line sucks. Cant block.
Defense is leaky. QB is inconsistent. #shineoffdabo

This is unbearable. Tenn defense isn’t all that good. And we can’t score a touchdown? This game is fixing to get away from us. And all the opt outs they have. Disappointed ☹️

I'm sure Dabo will have some over prepared and grossly insincere line about how this will make Clemson better, but an inept offense never looks good on TV

Seeing Clemson's kicker ice his own coach, Dabo, multiple times:

If Dabo thinks this coaching staff is good enough, we should just throw his statue up out front then say goodbye. Clemson football is so bad.

What was Dabo thinking there? That’s on him. #OrangeBowl

Dabo so badly wanted to avoiding sending B.T. Potter back out onto the field that he dialed up a QB draw with less than 10 seconds left in the quarter, and no timeouts. pic.twitter.com/UijpJC9XDA
