DaJuan Gordon transferred in to Mizzou for the 2021-22 season after spending the prior 2 seasons at Kansas State.

But, after Cuonzo Martin was fired following the Tigers’ disappointing season, Gordon decided to enter his name in the NCAA transfer portal.

On Tuesday morning, Gordon took to Twitter to announce that he was heading to New Mexico State for the 2022-23 season:

Gordon appeared in 32 games for the Tigers in 2021-22, starting all of them. He averaged 8.3 points, 4 rebounds and 1.2 assists per contest.

New Mexico State lost head coach Chris Jans to Mississippi State following its NCAA Tournament run this past season. Now, the Aggies will enter Year 1 of the Greg Heiar era.
