Former Mississippi State QB Dak Prescott will appear in court next month according to Michael Bonner of The Clarion-Ledger.

Prescott was arrested for DUI in Starkville, Miss. in March. Less than 24 hours after news broke of the arrest, Prescott issued a statement to a reporter apologizing and taking responsibility for his actions. In the days following it was revealed that the results from the breathalyzer tests were inconclusive.

The Dallas Cowboys selected Prescott with the No. 135 overall pick in this year’s NFL Draft.  Late last month Prescott signed a four-year deal worth more than $2.6 million.
