Two breathalyzer tests taken by former Mississippi State quarterback Dak Prescott after being arrested for a DUI early Saturday didn’t return any usable information.

That news comes from a police report released Tuesday and obtained by The Clarion-Ledger.

Prescott was charged with speeding and driving under the influence before agreeing to the test. According to the documents, the first one administered at 1:13 a.m. provided a “invalid sample” while the second one taken at 1:47 a.m. gave an “insufficient sample.”

He’s expected to be present at municipal court in Starkville on April 11, a little more than two weeks before the NFL Draft begins on April 28.

Prescott released a statement on Sunday taking responsibility for his actions and saying, in part, “I’ll show the true man I am.”
