Darnell Washington is just one of No. 3 Georgia’s many offensive weapons. Listed at 6-7, 270 pounds, Washington makes for a massive target. Washington’s size doesn’t limit his athleticism, as he showed Saturday in Atlanta.

On a first-quarter drive against No. 11 Oregon, No. 0 made quite the hurdle. UGA would go on to score, with Stetson Bennett running it to extend the Bulldogs’ lead to 14-0 over the Ducks.

Many teams would be thrilled to have a tight end with Washington’s size and athleticism. At Georgia, he’s part of a tight end room that includes star sophomore Brock Bowers, former 5-star recruit Arik Gilbert and highly sought-after 2022 prospect Oscar Delp. That’s a lot of options for Todd Monken to get creative.

The Georgia-Oregon game is airing on ABC.
