Dashawn Davis went from the Bronx to Oregon State as part of the Beavers’ 2021 recruiting class.

But, after an Elite Eight run in 2020-21, things fell apart for the Beavers, as they finished an abysmal 3-28 in 2021-22.

Now, Davis is on the move. He entered the transfer portal after the season and, on Sunday, took to Twitter to reveal he was heading to Starkville to join the Mississippi State Bulldogs:

Davis appeared in 27 games for the Beavers this past season, making 21 starts. He averaged 10.9 points, 5.5 assists, 3.1 rebounds and 1.4 steals per contest.

Now, he’ll join up with first-year Bulldogs coach Chris Jans and will try to help Mississippi State make an NCAA Tournament run this coming season.
