Published:
We’re at the halfway point of the college football regular season. The NFL halfway point isn’t for a couple more weeks yet, but there’s still plenty of excitement when it comes to the DFS slate.
The college schedule is loaded for Saturday, with Alabama visiting Mizzou, Indiana heading out to Oregon, Illinois hosting Ohio State, Texas and Oklahoma meeting in Dallas, and much more.
Every week, our DFS experts — Andrew Olson and Adam Spencer — make their top-3 picks for college football and their 2 favorite picks for NFL action over at Underdog.

Our Week 7 CFB Picks
Here’s who we like for a loaded CFB slate on Saturday:
Andrew Olson
DeSean Bishop, Tennessee RB: Higher than 66.5 rush yards
This line is right at Bishop’s average of 67 rushing yards per game. Bishop should be able to pull his average up this week, because he’s facing a rushing defense that’s well below average. Arkansas is allowing 168 rushing yards per game, which is most in the SEC. It’s hard to see Bobby Petrino fixing the Razorback run defense in less than 2 weeks as interim head coach.
Dallas Wilson, Florida WR: Lower than 74.5 receiving yards
Wilson had a Gator debut for the ages in Week 6 with 6 catches on 8 targets for 111 yards. As impressive as those numbers are, it’s asking a lot of a true freshman to go for 75 yards in his second game. Florida has had 2 poor road performances this year and it’s safe to say Texas A&M is well aware of Wilson’s standout game against Texas.
Kevin Jennings, SMU QB: Higher than 290.5 pass yards
Jennings comes into this game averaging 282.5 passing yards per game and it’s likely to go up. In its last 3 games, Stanford has allowed passing yardage totals of 473 (San Jose State), 384 (Virginia) and 333 (Boston College).
Adam Spencer
Germie Bernard, Alabama WR: Higher than 64.5 receiving yards
Bernard has really developed a rapport with Alabama QB Ty Simpson. He had 82 yards against Vanderbilt last week. Mizzou has a slightly better secondary, but it’s still not elite. Bernard should be able to put up 65+ receiving yards on Saturday with relative ease.
Beau Pribula, Mizzou QB: Higher than 212.5 pass+rush yards
On the other side of the Mizzou-Alabama matchup, give me Tigers QB Beau Pribula to have a great day. I think he’ll make several plays with his legs, which to me means he likely only needs to throw for 180 or so yards for this pick to hit. I think he can do it, especially if he’s able to get the ball to Kevin Coleman Jr. early.
Chris Brazzell II, Tennessee WR: Higher than 81.5 receiving yards
Brazzell has put up 82+ receiving yards in 3 of his 5 games this season, including both of his SEC contests. Against a reshuffled Arkansas defense, Brazzell should be in for another monster game.
Our Week 6 NFL Picks
Here’s who we’re backing during the Week 6 NFL Sunday slate:
Andrew Olson
Matthew Stafford, Los Angeles Rams QB: Higher than 258.5 pass yards
It’s time to pick on the Ravens again. Out of the NFL’s 32 teams, Baltimore is 30th in passing yards allowed at 270 per game. Stafford currently leads the league with 1,503 passing yards through 5 games.
Jaylen Warren, Pittsburgh Steelers RB: Lower than 46.5 rush yards
Warren averaged 44 yards per game in 3 appearances before missing Week 4 action due to injury. With Kenneth Gainwell impressing in Warren’s absence, there will be usage questions for Warren. In Week 6, the Steelers are facing a Cleveland rushing defense that has been stingy.
Adam Spencer
Jonathan Taylor, Indianapolis Colts RB: Higher than 86.5 rush yards
The Cardinals suffered one of the most embarrassing losses in recent NFL history last weekend. It truly was a comedy of errors that led to the Titans coming from behind to win. That sort of stink stays with a team for at least another week. Jonathan Taylor is going to run wild against this Arizona defense.
Tetairoa McMillan, Carolina Panther WR: Higher than 70.5 receiving yards
The Cowboys haven’t been able to stop anyone this year outside of the Jets. Even against the lowly Jets, top WR Garrett Wilson had 71 yards. Bryce Young is more competent as a passer than Justin Fields, so he’ll get the ball to McMillan early and often as the Panthers look for an upset.
