No matter how big an NFL fan you are, you’ve probably never seen this before.

Seattle wide receiver DK Metcalf was carted to the locker room Sunday in the 4th quarter of the Seahawks’ game against Detroit.

Was the former Ole Miss standout injured and going in for treatment or evaluation.

No.

Rather, it appears that he needed to use the bathroom.

And once he did, he returned to the Seattle sideline, transported once again by a cart.

Metcalf was taken by the Seahawks in the 2nd round of the 2019 NFL Draft with the 64th overall pick.

He has 7 catches for 149 yards in today’s game, as his team leads 48-38 late in the 4th quarter.

Metcalf has been highly productive for Seattle early in his career, having caught 216 passes for more than 3,000 yards and 29 touchdowns in his first 3 seasons in the league.
