Denver Broncos head coach Vic Fangio still hasn’t decided whether Drew Lock or Teddy Bridgewater will be his team’s starting quarterback.

Both quarterbacks played in Denver’s Saturday preseason game against Seattle. After the game, Fangio said he would not be naming a starting QB on Sunday.

“Both of these guys have done well,” Fangio said, per ProFootballTalk’s Mike Florio. “We can play and win with either one of these guys, and that’s a good thing.”

Fangio acknowledged a decision will be made soon.

“The calendar’s closing in on us,” Fangio told reporters, per PFT. “It won’t be tomorrow. The earliest it would be would be early next week, or we’ll let it go another week. These guys, both of them, Drew and Teddy, have done well, as you guys have seen, and they’ve made it a hard decision. We’ll give it thorough thought. We’ve been discussing it with the coaches, with [General Manager] George [Paton] all along, and we’ll continue to do that.”

Lock started 13 games for the Broncos last season, going 254-of-443 passing for 2,933 yards, 16 touchdowns and 15 interceptions. Bridgewater started 15 games for the Carolina Panthers last season, going 340-of-492 passing for 3,733 yards, 15 touchdowns and 11 interceptions.
