Eli Drinkwitz has things clicking for Missouri heading into the 2024 season. However, not even Drinkwitz is immune from a cringe-worthy video session with a prospective recruit.

In a recent video that found its way to social media, Drinkwitz can be seen hanging out with a recruit in a video and strumming a guitar. It’s similar to the videos featuring Brian Kelly on recruiting visits shortly after he arrived at LSU.

Among those to take notice, Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin addressed the video and said he “thought BK’s couldn’t be beat” followed by some emojis. To his credit, Drinkwitz didn’t dodge the commotion, responding to Kiffin by saying there’s “no shame” to jamming out to Creed during the photo shoot.

While Drinkwitz and Kiffin had fun regarding the video, others on social media reacted to it with labels of cringe and “mini LSU.” Another even referenced a potential midlife crisis for Drinkwitz.
