Ernest Campbell, 4-star 2024 WR from Texas, makes SEC commitment

Ernest Campbell is staying in his home state to play SEC football. Texas A&M landed the in-state wide receiver’s commitment on Saturday.
Campbell made the announcement in a ceremony that was livestreamed on social media. The blue-chip wideout chose the Aggies over TCU, Oregon, Nebraska, Texas Tech and others.

A Refugio standout, Campbell’s listed measurements are 5-8, 150 pounds. Campbell is rated 4-stars, the No. 66 wide receiver, No. 72 recruit in the Lone Star State and No. 434 prospect overall in the Class of 2024.
Campbell has the “SEC speed” box checked. Nicknamed “The Flash,” Campbell is a state champion sprinter. He won the 2023 Texas Class 2A 100M title with a time of 10.22 seconds in May.
