The College Football Playoff race is in the spotlight down the final stretch of the 2023 regular season. As we look ahead to Week 12, ESPN’s experts predicted their CFP fields following Saturday’s action.

Georgia is No. 2 in the College Football Playoff selection committee rankings, but the top team among ESPN’s experts. The Bulldogs are the only team to make all 15 ballots.

UGA improved to 10-0 on Saturday with a dominant win over an Ole Miss team that was ranked in the top 10. Kirby Smart’s squad is heading back to the SEC Championship Game. Georgia will face an Alabama team that appears to be peaking at the time. The Crimson Tide is currently No. 8 in the Playoff poll, leaving some analysts uncertain if UA can make the CFP – even with an SEC title.

Michigan is the second-most popular Playoff pick among the ESPN experts, making 14-of-15 ballots. The Wolverines are 10-0 after defeating a top-10 Penn State team on the road. Jim Harbaugh served a sideline suspension for the game. Harbaugh is set to miss Michigan’s final 2 regular-season games against Maryland and Ohio State, but has a Friday hearing regarding his Big Ten suspension.

Florida State and Ohio State, both 10-0, each made 13-of-15 ballots. The Buckeyes have been ranked No. 1 in the selection committee’s first 2 polls. FSU has been the committee’s No. 4 team.

Washington is currently on the outside looking in. The 10-0 Huskies are No. 5 in the CFP rankings. UW is on 5-of-15 ballots.

Here are the ESPN experts’ complete ballots:
