ESPN has updated its Football Power Index (FPI) after an exciting Week 3 around the world of college football.
In the latest FPI rankings, a pair of Big Ten squads — Oregon and Ohio State — take the top 2 spots. From there, though, the top 25 is SEC-heavy, featuring 12 teams from the conference.
Alabama is the leader for the SEC, checking in at No. 3 this week. Georgia is 1 spot behind, coming in at No. 4 after a thrilling road victory at Tennessee. Texas, Ole Miss and Tennessee are also included in the top 10 of the latest FPI update.
Here’s a look at the full FPI top 25:
- Oregon
- Ohio State
- Alabama
- Georgia
- USC
- Texas
- Penn State
- Ole Miss
- Tennessee
- Michigan
- Miami
- Mizzou
- Oklahoma
- Notre Dame
- Texas A&M
