While the dust is far from settled when it comes to quarterback transfers in college football this offseason, we do know where several notable quarterbacks plan to play in 2019.
Which transfer quarterback is poised to make the biggest impact next season? That’s a question ESPN attempted to tackle on Friday by ranking 10 of the QBs on the move that they anticipate will impact college football in 2019.
Several former and future SEC signal callers made the list.
